Academy
Structured learning built on the same principle as every lab: understand the concept, see it working, then do it yourself.

Guided courses
Self-paced courses that take one subject, such as Microsoft 365 identity, from first principles to practical confidence, with checkpoints along the way.
What a course would include
- Short explanations of each concept, with diagrams and simulations where they help
- Hands-on exercises you run in your own lab environment, with expected results to check against
- Troubleshooting scenarios, because fixing broken things is where understanding really shows
- Honest prerequisites, so you know before you start whether a course fits you
Small-group training
Live sessions for a handful of people, working through labs together. Everyone gets hands-on time, not just a seat at a presentation.
Who it would suit
- Teams adopting something new, such as Intune or Conditional Access, who want a shared understanding
- Study groups who keep each other going
- People who learn best by asking questions as they go
What to expect, and what not to
The focus is skills you can demonstrate. Courses aren't accredited qualifications and can't promise a job.
